Patrick J. Reed is an artist and researcher with specific interests in apocalyptic perspectives, corporeal transgression, and virulent kitsch. He holds an MFA in printmaking from the University of Alberta, and recently completed a fellowship studying papermaking at the University of Iowa Center for the Book. Currently, he is a Fulbright Scholar at the Rachel Carson Center for Environment and Society in Munich, where he is conducting a project on sixteenth-century German woodcut prints depicting environmental catastrophe.
